Microvision Ruggerdizing Military HMDs

Microvision recently received a $740,000 subcontract to help ruggerdize their helmet based head mounted displays, which are currently used by the U.S. military. It looks like the military is taking to wearable technology quite well, and want the same kind of durability they get from their other tools.
Under the contract, Microvision will deliver prototypes that meet or exceed military standards. General Dynamics C4 Systems awarded the subcontract.

Here's a video of their current military gear.
